Type 2 jacket made in Samurai's 15oz selvedge denim. This denim fabric is called “Otokogi”, which translates as “chivalry” or “courage”, and is made from the slubby #6 yarn , with little bits of leaf and stem left in. The result is a rough, crisp denim that provides incredible vertical fading.

This jacket has pockets on both sides, lined with Samurai's “Impermanence” pocket bag material, and an adjuster on the waist. This jacket also includes the iron sunrise buttons and copper coin-shaped rivets. The type 2 has a slightly tight fit, being a little narrower and longer in the body than the type 1. A stylish fit indeed.
